This policy explains what Glass4Less, L.L.C. ("we", "the company") does with the information you give us through this website or over the phone. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Only what is needed to quote and schedule glass work: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, and whatever you choose to tell us or show us in photographs about the opening to be glazed. We do not ask for financial account numbers through this website.

Why we collect it

To return your call, prepare a written quote, schedule a measure and an installation, invoice the work, and keep a record of what glass was installed at which address in case of a warranty claim.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent customer information. It is shared only with the glass suppliers and tempering plants we order material from (measurements, and the delivery address when delivery is direct), with our accountant, and with public authorities where the law requires it. That is the entire list.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Records of completed work are kept for the period required for tax and warranty purposes, then deleted.

Cookies and measurement

This is a static informational site. It runs no advertising trackers of its own. If we advertise online, the standard measurement provided by the advertising platform may record that a visit followed an advertisement; that data is aggregated and does not identify you to us by name.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by calling (904) 619-2470 or writing to quotes@drefond.shop. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.

Security

Quote information is kept in the company's own business systems, access-restricted to the people who schedule and invoice the work.

If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
